The fee for the workshop is $1195 (Included is one year of free telephone consulting).
The fee is due no later than 15 before the start of the workshop. Fees are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least seven days prior to the workshop. Thereafter, 75% is refundable. Transfers and substitutions may be made at any time.
